Those who are shy and introverted may find it difficult to express themselves and participate in the discussion, while others who are more outspoken may dominate the group discussion and discourage others from contributing. Moreover, individual learning is more flexible and personalized. People can learn at their own pace, focus on their own interests, and adjust their learning strategies according to their learning style.

In conclusion, group activities can provide a favorable learning environment for those who are social and collaborative. However, it may not be an ideal way for everyone to improve intellectual skills. Depending on the context and individual preference, one may choose individual learning or group activities to achieve their learning goals.
